Shipping policy

UK STANDARD DELIVERY (3-5 WORKING DAYS)

All orders are sent via UK standard delivery are shipped using a TRACKED 48 service.

After placing your order, you’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email from us, followed by a tracking email from the courier. This tracking email will include your tracking number. For added convenience, you can add your phone number during checkout to get tracking updates via SMS.

If TRACKED 24 service is selected, orders must be placed by 3pm to be dispatched the same working day. Please note that TRACKED 24 may not always be available, depending on location or operational constraints.

If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you haven’t received it, please reach out directly to the courier service. Once the package status is marked as “delivered,” we as the sender are unable to intervene in locating it.

Raae cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, or theft caused by the courier or at the delivery address. However, we are committed to assisting you as best as we can if your package is lost or stolen.
