  • Processing Time: All orders are processed during business days (Monday to Friday). If your order is placed on the weekend or a public holiday, it will be processed the following business day.
  • Shipping Confirmation: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

3. Modifying Your Order / Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed with Raae, it cannot be modified or cancelled. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
